Ordering & Shipping

When will my order ship?

All of our mugs are made to order (because mass production is boring). Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships.
During the holiday rush or big drops, it may take an extra day or two.
I’m a one-woman caffeine-fueled powerhouse, not Amazon Prime — but I hustle hard.

How long will shipping take?

Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking number so you can obsessively refresh it (like the rest of us).

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. I love you, but customs does not.
(International shipping will be added in the future — stay tuned!)

How do I track my order?

Easy!
Click Track Order in the top menu and enter your order number + email.
If your tracking hasn’t updated yet, give it 24 hours — carriers take time to scan in new packages.

What if my mug arrives broken?

It’s rare, but it happens — mugs are basically glass’s dramatic cousin.
If your mug arrives damaged, take a photo and email me at contact@steamandsass.com.
I’ll replace it ASAP — no stress, no guilt, no interrogation.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Do you accept returns?

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

Do you accept exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please double-check your cart before placing your order (no one wants accidental “Live Laugh Love” vibes).

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase.
After that, it may already be in production — but email me and I’ll try!

My order says “delivered,” but I don’t see it.

Before panic sets in:

  • Check your mailbox AND porch
  • Ask neighbors or housemates
  • Check behind planters / mailboxes
  • Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)

Product Questions

Are your mugs dishwasher safe?

YES.
Your mug can survive the dishwasher, microwave, motherhood, and your mood swings.

Are your mugs microwave safe?

Yep! Heat up your coffee, tea, or emotional support beverage with zero worries.

What sizes do your mugs come in?

Most mugs are available in:

  • 11 oz (classic)
  • 15 oz (for people who need a “don’t talk to me yet” amount of caffeine)

Some seasonal designs may vary.

How are the designs printed?

Each mug is printed using high-quality sublimation inks on durable ceramic.
Your design won’t peel, crack, or fade — even after 10+ washes.

General Questions

I typed my address wrong — what do I do??

Email me ASAP at contact@steamandsass.com
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, I can fix it!
If it already shipped… the post office now has your mug, and I’m so sorry.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not yet! At the moment I don’t offer gift wrapping, but all mugs arrive packaged securely and ready to gift as-is.
(And honestly, people usually tear the wrapping off in 2.5 seconds anyway.)

Can I request a custom design?

Not at this time, but I may offer it in the future!

Do you restock designs?

Some designs restock, some are limited-run or seasonal only.
Holiday mugs do NOT restock after the cutoff date — once they’re gone, they’re gone.
